We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. You will perform a combination of various administrative and clinical tasks. This position is a fast track to management roles position. Application must be a very driven, self motivated, ambitious candidate who is pleasant, compassionate and a team player.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet patients and gather contact information.
• Collect patient payments.
• Answer phone calls, emails, respond to patient questions, and take messages
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment, and wellness plans.
• Close sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
• Manage front desk operation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Spanish speaking ( preferred)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Must be coachable.
• 1 years of experience working for a healthcare practice or hospital
• Inventory management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be detailed oriented
• Strong knowledge and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to provide exceptional patient service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
